Soon after inventing the first practical light bulb, inventor Thomas Alva Edison exclaimed “One Day, thousands of tiny versions of my brilliant new invention will be displayed across an entire Zoo. They will be displayed in alternating colors, they will blink, move and mimic the shape of hundreds of different fun and exciting animals.” Ok… so maybe Edison never said that, but we bet he would be pretty impressed if he were to take a stroll at the Denver Zoo’s Zoo Lights!
