A study from New York University's Langone Medical Center said that you should wash your sheets once a week in 130 to 150 degree water, and then dry on hot. It also said you should have a cover to protect your mattress and pillow cases. Dead skin cells and other things collect and cause problems for your repertory system.
Slacker never changed his sheets when he was a bachelor. His wife changes the sheets now. Steve does it right after relations or every week. He also takes his comforter to the dry cleaner once a month. He also thinks you should wash your mattress pad. Steve thinks you should buy new pillows all the time, while Slacker thinks you should only buys pillows when you buy a new mattress.
I try to wash my sheets once a week but sometimes it’s a week and a half. I agree with Steve it creeps me out how dirty they get. Plus I love the way clean sheets feel and smell.
