Stephen Baldwin and Kevin Costner are facing off in court this week.
Baldwin is suing Costner, for "duping him out of millions" over their investments in a device used to try to clean up BP's oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. During opening statements yesterday, Costner's attorney said his client had nothing to do with Baldwin's decision to sell his shares in the company. Baldwin's lawyer told jurors that Costner cheated his client out of millions of dollars.
