Heather and Adam Schreck were woken up by a man's voice on their baby monitor. He was screaming for the baby to wake up and the camera image was moving. Adam ran into the baby's room and no one was there, but they later figured out they were hacked. So creepy. This isn’t the first time this has happened and it probably won’t be the last. That said, there are steps parents can take to secure their monitors. Registering their products, using firewalls, and differentiating the passwords for wireless networks and monitors are among the safety steps that can be taken.
Slacker can’t think of anything more terrifying than this. This monitor is pretty crazy. There’s a camera, microphone, and a speaker all in one. You can talk to your baby through your phone so you don’t have to get out of bed to comfort them. The only bad thing about that is the fact people can hack it because it is over the internet. On his kids’ monitors you could hear other people’s conversations through other baby monitors. He wasn’t used to the baby monitors at the time when his son was born. They had Christmas at their house. His wife heard the baby cry over the monitor and they both went to check on the baby. One thing lead to another and they were hooking up over the monitor. And their entire family heard everything.
Teacher Fired For Ordering 8th Graders To Beat Up A 7th Grader
A veteran teacher in St. Lucie Florida became part of the nations bullying problem.
She encouraged six 8th graders to beat up a 7th grader last year.
Surveillance caught the woman pointing out the student and told the 8th graders to "Teach him a lesson."
The victims mother stated, "He said that they brought him in the hallway, and that they held him down, they kicked him, they stomped him, they beat him. And as he was trying to get away, they just basically like, continued to just torture him."
Supposedly the issue was sparked when she told him to be quiet and he said, “I wish I could curse at a teacher.”
He admitted being disrespectful, but never threatened her in any way.
The students who did the attacking were arrested.
The teacher couldn't be fired right away due to the requirement of a hearing, but in the end, she's been FIRED.
Teacher gave 15-year-old pupil lap dance on birthday because ‘class convinced her to do it’
A schoolteacher has told a court she gave a 15-year-old student a lap dance for his birthday because the rest of her class ‘convinced her to do it’.
Felicia Smith, who teaches at Stovall Middle School in Houston, Texas, was defending herself against a charge of participating in an improper relationship with a student.
Police confirmed they had obtained a video that showed the 42-year-old teacher putting her head between the pupil’s legs while she was on her knees.
She also apparently ‘grinded’ against the teenager’s body and he is said to have slapped her rear end during the incident on February 26.
Aldine Independent School District said Smith had been removed from campus during the investigation.
‘The district takes this allegation seriously and is fully cooperating with prosecutors,’ they said.
‘The safety and security of our students will continue to be a top priority in Aldine ISD.’
Teacher On Leave After Leaving Angry ‘Pocket Dial’ Voice Mail
A Twin Cities teacher is on paid administrative leave after leaving a message in which she could be heard saying she might strangle a student.
The message was left on the voice mail of the mother of a hearing-impaired first grader at Fernbrook Elementary in Maple Grove, and was allegedly the result of a “pocket dial.”
In the message, special education teacher Mimi Klane can also be heard wondering why some students are attending public schools. The message may have been left by accident, but it has left a Twin Cities family badly shaken.
Bree Pogodzinski’s daughter, Jasmine, is a very active 6 year old with a severe hearing impairment. She always enjoyed school until Klane left the pocket dial message on her mother’s phone.
“I thought it would get better, but it hasn’t,” Bree said. “To be so angry. She is 6 years old.”
As soon as Bree reported the incident, the teacher was put on paid administrative leave. The district’s attorney said it’s unclear how long Jasmine’s teacher will stay on paid leave. The district says Klane has no prior complaints against her in her 15 years of service.
Slacker had a teacher strangle him against a locker and he deserved it too, but it doesn’t make it right. He also says that teachers always get caught, so why do they keep doing it? If a teacher thinks a 15 year old is hot, they have problems.
Steve said a teacher grabbed his head and slammed it against the wall. But he says he deserved it.
What terrifying teacher story do you have?
We teacher give everyone A’s on all their grades on the last day of school. She ended up having a ton of mental problems and we always smelled alcohol on her breath. She was crazy.
Yi Slacker and Steve,
I've been married for 6 years and my husband travels a lot for work. He's usually gone for 2 weeks, comes home for 3-5 days and then is gone again. It's been hard and we both haven't been able to be there for each other as much as we would have liked to. We're both young and our relationship has almost no physical aspect. I told him that maybe we should try an open marriage because he's gone so much and he played it off as a joke. I don't know how to tell him that I'm serious. I love him and everything we have while he's home, but it's really tough when he's gone and I need that physical contact. How do I approach it so he'll know I'm serious without hurting his feelings?
Slacker says it’s hard to say when the husband became a workaholic because if she knew he was always going to be gone, then don’t get married if you constantly need that attention. If more people would learn to just separate the physical aspect from the relationship then it would be easier. He wonders how many marriages end because one person wants an open relationship. Do they just end it? Or fix it so the physicality is back there.
Steve says he has been with married women and it is clearly because they aren’t getting everything they want from their spouse so they turn to him. He says it is cool that she is communicating her needs rather than slipping away and sneaks around behind his back.
What should Leslie do?
I think she should tell him straight up next time he’s home that she wants to explore other people… it would add some spice to their life I think. He’ll either have to move home and work where they live, or it will end in divorce.
Veteran MTA driver Francis Abankwa, 50, was busted at the Kingsbridge Depot in Manhattan for transporting $3 million worth of heroine on his route. He met with a man to discuss the plans for transporting the drugs the previous day. He picked up the passenger not knowing he was busted the previous day for having heroine in the airport. He told agents he’d rat out his accomplice so when Abankwa got to the last stop agents swarmed the bus and arrested him.
Slacker says this makes them sound snooty. He said that he sat in vomit in the cab in Chicago. That’s disgusting. He also took out a bus stop on accident because his truck fish tailed up a hill. So the next day when he drove past it all the people were kinda looking at the rubble like, “What the heck happened?”
Steve says he never has taken the city bus-- ever. But he has taken a shuttle. Does that count?
Lil’ D was waiting at the bus stop when he was 8 and a kid grabbed him. He was threatening Lil’ D with his skateboard and literally mugged him for all his money when he was 8. He also said that he was on the last train of the night after going to the bars and a random guy stood up and started singing while everyone joined in. It was awesome.
What crazy encounter did you have with public transportation?
A man in Idaho has made it his life goal, to own every single copy of the movie Speed on VHS! He already owns around 550 copies and the collection has made it through a house fire.
Slacker thinks the collection has to be huge! He used to collect VHS because he got them for free from the company he worked for. He ended up giving all of them away. He collected lots of albums even though he didn’t have record player when he was younger. He became obsessed with a band that was around when his dad was a teen. He recently found 10,000 buttons that he collected of the band members.
Steve says he had a shrine but turned it into a collection. He has basically a shrine to his child hood consisting of superheroes, old TV shows, and other different toys and such. He says it’s a very valuable collection that’s worth a lot of money. He thinks it’s fine to have this collection because they have value. He thinks Slacker’s collection is creepy.
What weird thing do you collect?
I collect guitar picks from artists I see in concert. It’s not the big yet but all of the picks do have a special meeting.
Pain by Slacker And Steve,posted Apr 24 2014 5:21PM
Pro golfer Pablo Larrazabal was playing in the Malaysian Open on Friday when he was attacked by a group of angry hornets. He ended up jumping in a lake to get away from them! That had to be painful!
Slacker thinks woman have been in pain during labor but millions of women have experienced that. He wants to hear extremely once in a lifetime pain stories. He wants to stick Steve in a bee farm to see where they would sting him.
Steve thinks he has a very strong pain tolerance. He thinks you can avoid lots of pain experiences just by using common sense. He’s never been stung by a bee and he thinks it’s because he knows how to act around them and avoid them. He thinks his smoke will keep the bees away.
What was the moment that has caused the most physical pain in your life?

Today’s OPP is from Luke:
My daughter is 17 and dated a guy for about a year. She just found out that he has been seeing another girl behind her back. I was always very clear with him that if he ever hurt or disrespected my daughter, I would make him pay. Now I feel like I have to follow through and teach him there are consequences for his actions. I know where he lives, works, and hangs out and I'm pretty sure I'm going to go get physical with him. I'm a pretty big guy, so I won't put him in the hospital, but I want him to experience some of the pain he caused my baby. Are there any dads out there that have done this? Did it work?
Slacker wants to know how the first conversation went when he told the boyfriend to respect his daughter. He thinks you can’t injure every person that causes your kids physical and emotional stress. He knows his daughter may get her heart broken at some point in her life but he doesn’t think he can protect her from everyone who hurts her.
Steve thinks he should go for it. He thinks the dad is almost being over protective. He says this is not the first time the daughter will be cheated on and Luke won’t always be there to protect her. She needs to learn how to handle it on her own.
I think that his daughter needs to learn how to deal with the heartbreak on her own and not have daddy there to protect her. I think it might eve anger his daughter if he got involved with her boyfriend. She needs to learn how to face it himself.

Jessica and Jacob had a daughter together before they got a divorce. Jessica bought a dog after the divorce and the dog recently bit their daughter. Jacob thinks the dog is dangerous and wants Emily to get rid of it. Emily thinks he’s trying to get back at her for divorcing him and that the dog won’t bite again.
Slacker thinks Jacob may be projecting anger towards the dog because Jessica chose to divorce him. He thinks it depends on the dog for whether it will bite their daughter again. He doesn’t think he should be able to dictate that much of her life.
Steve thinks it sounds like the daughter brought on herself by possibly agitated the dog. He thinks they should keep the dog and that it was a onetime incident. He thinks if she wants the dog she should be able to make the choice of keeping it or getting rid of it when it comes to her daughter’s safety.
Should she keep the dog or get rid of it?
I have a dog that bit my brother when we were younger because he snuck up on her. My parents let her keep her and she is now 12 years old and hasn’t bitten another person. I personally think she should give the dog a chance depending on it’s behavior after the bite. I don’t think the dog would bite her again but you never know.

In the 80's a status symbol were a cordless phone, a pony, two cars, and a color TV among others. So we were thinking about what a status symbol would be for this day and age. A higher performance car, a boat, a designer watch/bag, a second home, etc.
Slacker says to raise children is a status symbol because any person can have kids but it takes a lot to raise one! He thinks that if a person doesn’t have a status symbol then their life sucks because it gives you nothing to look forward to. His status symbol was when he got a bed instead of a futon. Also when he was able to fill his gas tank all the way up was a mile marker for him.
Steve says that having kids and a family shouldn’t be a status symbol because anyone can have kids. He said that in the 80’s when people had dishwashers it was a big thing. Also when people had 2 cars, you were looked up to. He said it was weird when people had the formal living room that you couldn’t go in. That was just an annoying status symbol.
What was your status symbol that let you know you have finally made it?
Mine would definitely be when I got a credit card. Also, I am looking forward to buying a new brand new car because mine sucks... That will be a mile marker for me.
As a kid, you don't always understand the way the world works.
- I thought my mom was secretly a superhero because I found a whip, mask, and handcuffs in her bedroom..
- I thought people who drove convertibles were too poor to buy a car that had a roof.
- I thought my family was breaking the law when my parents would have a soda in the car.
- I thought the tip was money my dad forgot on the table so I took it every time.
- I thought the laugh tracks on sitcoms were people sitting in their living room laughing at the show. I would sit close to the TV and laugh as loud as possible hoping to hear myself on the show.
Slacker was told by a friend that the red stop signs are optional if they have the white trim around the edge. He grew up in a country town and was learning how to drive, so he would blow through ever stop sign that had a white trim. A cop pulled him over and asked him why he blew through the stop sign and Slacker told him someone said that they are optional with white trim and the cop let him go!
Steve use to think that cops would stand on a tower in the middle of the city and would watch for bad guys to do bad stuff.
What stupid thing did you believe in as a kid?
I used to think the world was black and white. And I believed fairies would come into our garden at night because I’d leave them notes and I would receive notes back! Turns out it was just my mom. Naivety is a beautiful thing.
Yi! I really want my wife to stop babying my kids. My kids are going to be so soft. Anytime, they scrap a knee or cry...she just runs over to them and hugs them. I mean I love my children, but we need to toughen up this generation. I mean seriously. This is why there is such a demand for therapists. I mean baby them and then they can't deal with their feelings. I want to tell my wife, but I think she might get upset about it. What do you guys think? Should I tell her?
Slacker thinks Neil is a little bit right. He can’t approach her the way he wrote the OPP today. He says he sounds old school. It becomes instinct to protect your children, but neither one of their positions is wrong. It is not crazy to care if your kids get hurt. But you also can’t be so cold to brush it off when it is serious. It would turn your kids into something you or society wouldn’t like.
Steve mentions that Slacker went through this with his first born. And Steve says if you bubble wrap and run to your kids when they get hurt then that does make them soft because they will grow up thinking that everyone will run to them every time they cry. He also sees her point of view though because he babies his Audi. When it hailed outside Steve ran out and put a car cover on the Audi. He understands that this women invested time into this baby. And she wants to protect the investment. But when does it become to much?
How should Neil tell his wife about her parenting style?
Road Trip by Slacker And Steve, posted Apr 22 2014 3:58PM
Warm weather is finally here and that means two words: road trips. Maybe you car broke down or you ran out of money!
Slacker said as a kid he went on a road trip to the ocean and when his family got there they all ran towards the beach. He had ever seen an ocean before. But a man came up to them and told them that the beach was closed and they couldn’t go in the water. Slacker was so confused because it is the largest body of water and he couldn’t even strep foot in it.
Overreacted by Slacker And Steve,posted Apr 21 2014 5:19PM
A Pennsylvania man was arrested after he hit a dentist with a tire iron.
The man became angry when the dentist prescribed him medicine instead of pulling a tooth.
He cornered the dentist with another patient and hit him in the wrist with the tire iron then ran away. The man remains in jail and is expected to be on trial soon.
A man in California was arrested after he pulled a gun on a Girl Scout who was selling cookies.
The girl’s father was with her at the time and called the cops after the incident happened.
He has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
His motive wasn’t known.
A man was arrested in Centerton, Arkansas, for firing several shots at Jehovah's Witnesses.
The 35-year-old man was angry that they came to his house, so he had his wife grab his 9mm handgun and then fired 19 rounds at the their vehicle.
The three Jehovah's Witnesses weren't injured ... the man was arrested.
Slacker says he got one for his brothers to go to Mexico and day 1 saw a gecko on the wall and packed his bags and left. Ridiculous! The gecko was probably more scared of him!
Steve overreacted about a prank Lil D and Slacker played on him. He cussed every curse word that exists.
What have you overreacted about?
It was actually a couple of nights ago, but I was at work and ordered a delicious grilled cheese sandwich and was looking forward to eating it only to find it had been eaten! By my best friend! I screamed at her and have never been so mad in my life. I was starving and she ate my food. Biggest pet peeve. She ordered me a new one and I threw it in the trash because I was so mad. Overreaction? Yes.
Yi!! You gotta help me!! I'm recently engaged and love my fiancé!! Well I have a son who's 12! Great kid! He's my life!! This is my hang up. I know they have to build their own relationship but I've never had to allow anyone to tell my son what to do or how to do it. We've only lived together for about 4 weeks now. And I'm starting to see that my fiancé speaks to my son in a very aggressive tone. When I tell my son he needs to do something he will tell my son not to do this or you're doing that wrong!! How do I address this?? They get along very well but I feel like my fiancé wants to be the boss... Not an option! Ugh! Please help!
Slacker says when he thinks about another man raising his kids it would be a nightmare. He said if he got a divorce right now and his kids called someone else dad, he would end his life. When you have kids and try to move on with life, you will have different parental strategies. He thinks that if Candy’s fiancé has a problem with the kid and discipline, then he has to go.
Steve said this is why people shouldn’t blend families. He said that if Candy’s fiancé has a problem with her parenting then say bye now or it will get worse. But if not, then he has to accept that Candy is the boss of her own kid, not him.
What do you think Candy should do?
I think she needs to put her foot down now! That is not okay! I come from a similar situation and my mom would never allow my step dad to talk to me like that or boss me around or discipline me. Ever. She needs to just out her foot down or he will continue obviously.
We did a big segment on Friday where we deliver big news for you. Katelyn called and told us she wanted us to call off her wedding with her fiancé Ray. We called him off the air and some people were upset about airing the call. He gave us the okay to play it. And he wrote us this email:
First, thanks for getting in touch with me and letting me give my input on everything. I talked to Lil D a few times and I think it has really helped me understand this situation and put things in perspective. What happened totally caught me off guard and I probably would have been angry if you would have played it on the radio right after it happened. I’ve had some time to reflect on it and I want you to play the call. I know I don’t necessarily sound like a great person on the call, but I think people will understand given the news that was delivered to me. I want you to play it so everyone will hear what a lying, manipulative, narcissistic ***** Katelyn is. I hope her boss, her mom, and this other guy hear it. I want her to feel all of the pain and suffering I felt when you told me. I hope it destroys her to hear it played and I know she will get everything that is coming to her.
Slacker asks their listeners to hear them about the whole situation. They know they look bad and are scummy for doing this. But Ray gave them the okay the air his reaction. There’s tons of passion on either side of the situation. He felt like they had a flower that never had the chance to bloom. Now that Ray’s okay with it Slacker says go, flight go!
Steve says people were freaking out on facebook. He wanted to air Ray’s reaction from the get go.
Lil’ D says he spoke with Ray off the air and says Ray is a very level headed guy and the email is just an angry version of him. He was a no go from the start and he now changed his mind and wants them to air it.
What do you think about the whole situation?
I think Katelyn did the right thing. I know that sounds bad, but it is better than stringing Ray along for the ride. Despite doing it on a radio station, Ray deserves better and he should know that now.
Today’s OPP is speed therapy! We’re taking short easy OPP’s that can be solved quickly on air. The first OPP is from Marcy
Yi, My boyfriend thinks it's the ultimate romantic gesture to wake me up with a good morning kiss. It's very sweet – but there's just one problem ... he has the worst morning breath in the entire world!! How do I tell him this without making him totally embarrassed and paranoid?
Another OPP is from Trevor
Yi! My girlfriend's Jack Russell Terrier despises me. He is always growling and often looks at me like I've done something wrong. In order for me to win my girl's heart I am going to have to become friends with her male dog. Can you please ask your audience how I do this? Is it even possible to bond with a dog like this? As you can see, I'm not a dog person.
Slacker thinks that the dog may have the right instincts. He thinks that Jack Russells are very intelligent dogs and can sense when a bad person comes around. He thinks Trevor has to become a genuine dog person in order for the dog to change his attitude towards him.
Steve says he would purposely try to make girlfriend’s pet irritated with him to prove he was the Alpha in the house. He didn’t like when the pets thought they had dominance over him.
What easy OPP do you need us to help with?
Do you have bad news that you just can’t bear to tell someone? Or good news that you’re too scared or nervous to tell someone! Good news! We can do it for you! Let us know your good or bad news that you’d like to break to someone and we’ll announce it for you!
Slacker says Steve would be great at quitting a job for someone. He thinks it would get blown out of proportion if they call people to break up with them for someone. He doesn’t really want to ruin people’s relationships on the air.
Steve says he has trouble breaking up with people himself but he’d be willing to do it for other people. He’s just glad they won’t have to deal with the repercussions that the people calling will have to deal with when they break up with someone on live radio.
Prom Mom by Slacker And Steve, posted Apr 17 2014 6:22PM
Lilly recently called in talking about her son’s prom. To help make her son more popular she’s making him have the most extravagant/expensive prom a teenager could have. Junior prom she bought him a hotel room, rent him a hotel room, and got him reservations to the most expensive prom night. This year she plans to treat his date to a complete day at the spa, rent the pent house hotel room, rent a limo with a hot tub, and hire a photographer to follow him around.
Slacker thinks it’s way over the top. He thinks that she is compensating for not having a big extravagant wedding. He thinks she’s almost insulting her son by buying his popularity for him. He thinks it’s wrong of her to throw the money away on a high school prom.
Steve thinks she’s a good mom. If she has money to make her son’s prom memorable why not do it for him. He doesn’t think it’s a big deal since she clearly has enough money to spend on him.
Do you think she’s going too over the top?
I think it’s wrong that she is buying her son’s popularity but if he doesn’t have a date yet I am available. (What girl wouldn’t want a free day at the spa?)
There have been numerous stories in the news lately about crazy and obnoxious neighbors. One woman in Washington was keeping a 5ft. alligator as a pet. The police had to evict it after the landlord, report it because it is illegal to own an American Black Alligator. Another Italian man claims that he was charged for being “to good at sex” after 12 neighbors report him and his girlfriend. They were supposedly charged with stalking. Another woman lives next door to a man who blasts ‘Phantom of the Opera’ music late at night. She’d given him a note asking him to stop but he has not.
Slacker had a neighbor who would watch his house to see when his lights went on. He knew Slacker changed his show time because he said he never saw Slacker’s light go on in his bedroom at 3am anymore. He was scared that the man would watch his house and know when and which rooms he was in. He eventually bought large plants to block the man’s house so he couldn’t see through the trees
Steve thinks all of his neighbors are pretty chill. So far he says none of them have caused trouble, noise, or arguments with him. He says he likes it when he and his neighbors are on good terms but not necessarily friends.
What crazy neighbors do you have?
I used to have a neighbor that would yell at my brothers and I when we were playing outside. We were playing roller hockey in the street so he decided to floor it out of his driveway and run over our hockey net. The game ended quickly and we have since then moved away from the man who hated happiness.
Today’s OPP is from Candy:
So I have two older brothers and they always have their friends over to our house when they come home from college. I’ve always had the little sister crush on some of their friends, thinking they’re cute and all but lately I’ve started to get feelings for one specific friend. We always flirt with each other when he comes over but obviously nothing happens since my brothers are always in the same room. He’s only two years older than me and it seems like he’s interested in me but I don’t think he’d ever make a move, cause he’d be scared of what my brothers would think. I’d like to see if he feels the same way but I don’t want to put our friendship in jeopardy if he doesn’t. I also don’t want to make my brothers’ mad and ruin the friendship they have with him. Should I tell him like him? Tell my brothers? If so how should I talk to all three of them about how I’m feeling?
Slacker thinks if the brothers want their friend and sister to be happy then they should be okay with the relationship. He believes that love trumps friendship and thinks she should see what happens with him. He wonders if the girl Steve chose not to pursue because of his friendship could have been the one for him.
Steve had a crush on his best friend’s sister but chose not to pursue her to maintain his friendship. He wonders what’s more important: The feelings for the sister, or the importance of the friendship. He thinks it is too high of a price to pay.
Stephanie and Christian are engaged. They recently moved in together, into the house Christian previously lived in with his ex-wife. Stephanie is uncomfortable living in the same house as his ex, and wants to buy a new house to make new memories together. Christian thinks she’s overreacting and that it’s just like any other house they can make memories in.
Slacker thinks Christian has it easy. He thinks Stephanie would always be thinking of the memories. He thinks all the time she’d be thinking did they kiss at the door here, did they sit on this couch, etc. He understands how she would think of all the little mundane tasks, his ex did in the same spot as her.
Steve thinks she can’t erase the memories from either of their heads. He thinks she’s overreacting because technically she drives on the same road his ex did, and lived in the same town as she did. He’s saying you can’t run away memories people have just to start fresh.
Do you think she’s overreacting or should they start fresh?
I understand where she’s coming from and think they should start fresh. They are going to be newlyweds and should have a house only the two of them have shared with each other. When they have kids you don’t want to tell them their dad’s ex used to live there. It needs to be new and fresh with their memories not the exes.
Yi Slacker & Steve,
I have been friends with Sara forever, but lately I have started to realize that our friendship is not good for me. Every time we get together she needs something. She doesn’t come out and ask for things, but she just complains until I offer to help. She will complain about a parking ticket that she can’t afford or tell me how she isn’t going to be able to keep her phone turned on much longer. Don’t get me wrong, we still have fun and laugh constantly and she is sort of my only real friend but I am starting to feel used. Here’s where it gets weirder, every time I start to pull away from her she will suddenly come down with a huge illness and I will get sucked back in. She even checked herself into the hospital last month after I didn’t return her texts for a couple of days. I don’t know what to do. I love her but I think I need to get away from her. What should I do?
Slacker says he can’t just walk away from a friendship like that, especially if they were really sick. He has had friends that were like Sara. It takes some perspective and it takes getting away from the friend for a little bit to see their true colors.
Steve says he would e able to walk away in a heart eat, especially if the sickness was fake. He said the sickness thing would push him away even further and he would flat out ask about the sickness. Steve used to do it to Slacker about the money thing and Slacker offered money to him, but his intentions weren’t to get money out of him, it was to vent.He thinks she should just be open with Sara and communicate how she is feeling.
If you've ever worked in the fast food industry, we believe you have seen some weird stuff! Naked people, drunken people, people wearing plastic bags on their heads, people having relations in the car? So random.
Slacker would work in a drive-thru just to get a discount. His first job was a gardener at a hotel, and he has seen his fair share of weird stuff. His favorite story in the news is about a couple who came in the drive-thru with a giant cake in between them and stopped for a burger. That’s disgusting.
Steve got fired from working at a fast food restaurant, but never worked the drive-thru. He is too afraid to work the drive-thru after hearing these stories of horrors.
What is the weirdest thing you have seen in a drive-thru?
I was the weird person in the drive-thru. My friends and I ordered in British accents and slang, but clearly weren’t convincing. But we definitely entertained the person.
HOA Horrors by Slacker And Steve, posted Apr 11 2014 5:22PM
A homeowner in Florida received a letter from the home owners association asking her to remove her pink breast cancer form her entryway. After defeating breast cancer 16 years ago she refuses to remove and the ribbon and says her neighbors support it as much as she does. She even researched it and found that she isn’t violating any laws.
Slacker likes the HOA to a point because they can prevent certain decorations from being place on houses or in lawns such as car parts and unicorn paintings on garages. He thinks the HOA picks and chooses who they want to send a letter to depending on how quickly they send the letters. He got busted for setting his trash cans on the curb while he was cleaning his garage because it wasn’t trash day.
Steve doesn’t think she should be allowed to hang the ribbon because that shows she’s affiliated with it. He says he got a letter from the HOA right when he moved into his house because of a dead tree in his front yard.

Hello! My name is Kaitlyn and I have a problem that I could really use an outside opinion on. Me and my boyfriend have been together for about a year and a half. He has two kids from a previous marriage that I instantly fell in love with. 4 months after we had been together we found out I was pregnant so I moved in with him and everything was perfect for awhile! Medical roadblocks caused me to have an extremely high risk pregnancy and I had to quit my job and be on bed rest. Now my son is 6 months old and I care for all three of the kids all day... Everyday. His ex wife never helps us out she hasn't come to see them, hasn't taken them on the weekends, hasn't sent a penny. His job isn't cutting it with three kids and no support but he doesn't want to file for child support because he 'promised' his ex wife he never would and he 'doesn't want to start anything'. We have bills piling up, we can barely feed the kids, we are so far behind on rent we are on the edge of eviction, we get disconnection notices every month from the energy company, and quite frankly I'm exhausted. I bend over backwards to keep it all together I even take his kids to a church I don't even follow! Now I am job hunting so we can make ends meet every month but I don't want to be financially responsible for his children if he refuses to make his ex wife do anything. Is it unfair to ask that he pays for his kids childcare, food, clothing, and 50% of our child’s needs then we can split the household costs 50/50? I love him and I want to be with him but he has a wishbone where his back bone needs to be.
I hope you guys can help. If anyone can it’s you two!
Slacker thinks her boyfriend is the only one that can get the ex to help pay for some things. He thinks both the ex and the boyfriend are taking advantage of her. If the boyfriend wanted to support his family he would get a higher paying job and make a bigger effort. He says he understands that their child is a large reason she stays in the relationship but other than that she is just getting taken advantage of
Steve doesn’t think it’s fair that she has to do all the work to support the family. He doesn’t think that it the relationship is worth it. He thinks she should get out of the relationship before she gets invested any further. He doesn’t think she is benefiting what so ever and it would be worth it in the long run to end the relationship before she loses more money.
Prom by Slacker And Steve,posted Apr 11 2014 3:26PM
Some teenagers in Nebraska were posing for prom pictures on a bridge when the bridge they were standing on collapsed beneath them causing them to fall into a 4ft deep creek. The bridge was too weak to support all 22 teenagers which caused the collapse but luckily no one was hurt but the dresses were most likely ruined. Some other teenagers in Texas were busted for having alcohol on their party bus so they had to spend the night at the fire station. The bus driver and chaperone were arrested for supplying alcohol to minors.
Slacker thinks prom is the one time teenagers are a loud to be adults. He says he didn’t want to dance, or dress up what so ever. He thinks teenagers will always have alcohol at prom so why do people act like they’re not going to. If you are going to let your child use your credit card and go to a dance then why would you expect them not to drink?
Steve thinks Slacker doesn’t like prom since he didn’t have a date. He says he didn’t like going to prom for the dress up reasons. He thinks prom is a waste of money because of how much you invest in dinner, tuxes, limos, and flowers.
What is your crazy prom story?
This year is actually going to be my first prom and I am somewhat dreading it. I’m like Slacker and don’t like dancing/grinding and think the night is somewhat of a pointless excuse to act like an adult. I like dressing up and going to dinner with friends but I think the actual dance is just pointless
Tattoo regrets have become a big deal recently in the news. A babysitter in Virginia gave the girls he was watching permanent tattoos. The parents then tried to remove them with a hot razor blade. Both the girls were under the age of 13! The babysitter and the parents were arrested for child abuse. TLC recently started a show looking for the worst tattoos in America since 50% of people regret getting tattoos.
Slacker thinks the parents must have had bad judgment with the babysitter. He says when he was 20 he wanted to get a Marvin the Martian tattooed on his arm. He has always liked Chinese symbols and wanted one tattooed on the back of his head. He thinks it's weird Lil' D has his last name tattooed on his chest.
Steve wouldn’t trust a Chinese symbol because he thinks the tattoo artist wouldn’t put the correct symbol and give him an embarrassing one. He says he wanted to get the UPC symbol on the back on his neck but now everyone has that one.
Bridezilla by Slacker And Steve,posted Apr 10 2014 5:18PM
There are lots of bridezilla stories in the news lately. One bride tackled one of her bridesmaids while they were mid flight on an airplane. Needless to say the bridesmaid did not continue on the flight to the wedding. Research says most brides will lose a friend while gaining a husband due to jealousy and conflict during wedding planning. 32% of marry woman said they are no longer friends with at least one of their former brides maids.
Slacker thinks all brides have a cycle to make bridesmaids wear the ugliest dress and pay hundreds of dollars to make the shoes the same color. He thinks if bridesmaids dislike wearing the ugly bridesmaid’s dresses then why don’t they quick the cycle when they get married and give the bridesmaids nicer looking dresses. He thinks it’s the brides fault for putting so much effort into one day.
Steve thinks it’s crazy how the brides force their bridesmaid’s to wear such ugly outfits even though they hate it when they were in their shoes. He thinks it’s almost selfish of brides to imply such specific details on something that only lasts one day. If they don’t want to wear the ugly dress why do they make their bridesmaids?
Yi, My husband wants to get a pet snake, but I don't want it in the house. We have two young children and I feel that it could be dangerous to have around. He has assured me that it will be fine, but I still have my doubts. I mean...what if it bites one of the kids? Please, I don't like that type of animal. He keeps shrugging off my concerns and I'm sort of worried that he'll buy it without my permission.
Slacker thinks this OPP is not as bad as arguing whether to get a Pit Bull. He thinks snake people think that snakes are affectionate towards their owners. He thinks that what starts out as one snake will turn into numerous critters. He thinks the husband somewhat has the right to own the pet he wants.
Steve thinks in order for an animal to be a pet it has to be affectionate towards the owner. He thinks snakes are boring and aren’t worth having as pets. He wonders if the husband has always wanted reptiles or if this is just a random request. He doesn’t think a snake is a valid pet.
Should she tell him he can't get the snake or give it a chance?
I think she should give it a chance. I never wanted rats when I was a little girl but my brother but one who had babies and I loved them. I always believe you can’t trash it till you try it so I think she should give it a chance.
Parker and Samantha are a married couple who recently visit Parker’s parents. While they were there Samantha realized Parker’s dad drove home drunk numerous times. She thinks they need to either get him help or send him to jail for drinking and driving. Parker thinks he’s fine and doesn’t want to ruin his dad’s life because he drives after having a beer.
Slacker would like to know just how drunk the dad was since they both obviously have different bias. He thinks Parker doesn’t want to betray his dad an d turn him in but if it was to save a life it might be worth it. He doesn’t think it matters if nothing’s happened in the past while the dad was driving drunk because it could still happen and then everyone would regret not getting him help
Steve wants the dad to be safe and other citizens to be safe but he thinks if he’s done it for this long the dad may not be that drunk. He thinks it may be wrong to turn the dad into the police but he thinks Parker may be able to talk to his dad and try to get him to stop driving drunk before someone gets hurt.
Is Samantha over reacting or is Parker denying the fact that his father needs help?
I strongly dislike people who drive while drunk because they are willingly putting other people’s lives at risk. I don’t think they should go to the police but I think they should at least try to talk some sense into Parker’s dad.
Rob Lowe tells New York magazine that he believes there's a ''prejudice'' against good-looking people. ''There's this unbelievable bias and prejudice against quote-unquote good-looking people, that they can't be in pain or they can't have rough lives or be deep or interesting. They can't be any of the things that you long to play as an actor. I'm getting to play those parts now and loving it. When I was a teen idol, I was so god**** pretty I wouldn't have taken myself seriously.''
Steve said he completely understands where Rob Lowe is coming from. He said not only do people discriminate against him for his good looks, but whenever he goes out with a woman, other people automatically hate her too. No matter what, women automatically hate any other woman that is more beautiful than them. Steve says that pretty people bust their butts to get somewhere in life just like everyone else, but everyone thinks everything was just handed to them on a silver platter.
Slacker feels bad for Steve and Rob Lowe. He thinks we need to create some sort of support group to make life easier for pretty people. Slacker says that people are always jealous and judge him for his musical talents.
Do you agree with Rob Lowe? What qualities or attributes do you have that people are jealous of?
Pranks by Slacker and Steve,posted Apr 8 2014 8:51PM
A college professor in Grand Rapids, MI has a rule: If your cell phone rings in class you MUST answer it, and it HAS TO BE on speaker-phone. One of his students got a call during class. When she answered it was a clinic informing her that her pregnancy results turned out to be positive. The professor turned beat red and tried to get her to stop the speaker phone session. After she got off the phone, the professor publicly apologized. The student responded with, “its ok I’ve been expecting this and I already know what I’m going to name the baby. The first name will be April and the middle name will be Fools”. The class cracked up as the professor got the joke.
A South Carolina woman was arrested after texting her daughter shots were fired at the college she works for. The woman texted her daughter as an April Fool’s day prank, claiming she was hiding in a bathroom. The daughter heard nothing else from her mother so she called 911 who ended up surrounding the school. The daughter finally heard back from her mother but cops were already in position to protect the school. The mother faces charges of breaching the peace and disturbing a school.
Slacker even pranked Steve. He used an app to make it look like someone had scratched his precious car. Steve lost it and couldn't believe that someone would want to damage his precious car.
Yi! My mom and I have always been really close but we still didn't tell each other everything. We went to lunch together and it was like she didn't have anyone else to talk to and told me everything about her and my dad. She told me about fights they have about a woman he works with, problems with money, and even that they haven't had relations in about 6 months. I'm only 17, so I still live at home and it's really hard to look at my dad after everything she told me. I like being close with my mom but I feel like there is still some stuff I don't need to know. How do I tell her that?
Slacker thinks that if he were older and one of his parents told him something about the other parent, it would be better. He thinks that 17 is too young to confide these kind of things in your daughter. No kid wants to ever hear about their parent's relations life.
Steve also thinks Morgan's mom crossed a line. He said it is fine to be intimate with your daughter and be her BFF, but you can't rip on dad to accomplish that. Steve thinks there is a chance that Morgan's mom is trying to use Morgan as a middle man to communicate with her husband.
How does Morgan tell her mom that there are some things she doesn't need know?

An elderly man made a trip with his daughter to a Utah restaurant he dined and dashed from... 70 years ago. His daughter went inside and gave the restaurant $5 after explaining what her father did when he was 10-years-old. The incident happened in 1941 when the man went to eat at the restaurant with a friend. After he realized they couldn’t pay for the meal which cost $1 they left without paying. The current owner of the restaurant forgave the man and said he is welcome to dine as long as he doesn’t dash again.
Steve thinks that everyone has dined and dashed at some point in their life, and was astonished to find that Slacker and Lil D have never done it. Steve isn't sorry he's done it because he thinks it's a rite of passage for every teenager. Slacker said he knows that Steve has used the mailing labels you get from charities without sending them money--he should be sorry for that.
Slacker said he found a book on his bookshelf that came from the Longmont, CO library from when he was growing up. Someone in his family stole the book from the library and Slacker stole the book from them. He has no idea how long he's had the book for, but the last person that checked it out is probably on the hook for thousands of dollars in late fees.
What's the worst thing you've done in life that you're sorry for?
Steve was eating out at a restaurant and saw a server assault her customers and said they deserved it! A confrontation broke out after the server chased down the customers for leaving her two pennies for a tip. Talk about cheap!
Slacker makes fun of Steve for bringing a girl to this restaurant where a couple spends $19.98. He said Steve is very classy. He explains that a server in Mexico chased him out of the bar there. He stopped in this bar and had a couple Coronas. The server claimed that they didn’t have coronas or chips to eat with salsa. At this point Slacker was very mad and didn’t leave the guy a tip. So the server came out of the restaurant and stopped Slacker from getting on his scooter he rented. He doesn’t remember if he gave the guy money or not.
Steve said a bunch of people from the restaurant went out to see the confrontation and said the server threw the pennies at the couple leaving! They ended up not seeing the server the rest of the night.
Have you ever had a confrontation with a server?
I am a server and I am ALWAYS respectful and kind to my tables, even if they’re rude. The only time I ever said anything is when a guy grabbed me inappropriately and I screamed at him. He was thrown out of the restaurant. It was actually very entertaining.
There’s a new game out called Space Team where you get to yell through your phone at your opponent. You yell so called “techno babble” at your opponent until their ship crashes or explodes. Everyone has gotten into an argument while playing a board game. Whether it’s a friendly board game with friends or an intense competition with family you’ve probably gotten in an argument during a game.
Slacker says there hasn’t been a game he’s played where an argument hasn’t started. He thinks lots of the board game companies wanted families to start playing games together again. He says he has plenty of fond memories playing those games but the bulk of the memories end in chaos and fighting. He says playing Battleship got very violent when he played and he even had one of the pegs rammed into his leg
Steve thinks Slacker deserves all the chaos he had while playing games because he thinks he cheats on almost every game he plays. He used to hate it when people would bump the table while he was playing Jenga and it would all fall down.
What’s the worst experience you’ve had while playing a game with friends or family?
I used to play monopoly with my dad, brothers, and cousins, all the time when I was younger. To this day we have not completed a game because my dad had a way of bringing every one of us to tears during the game. We were young so he would laugh if we’d lose a property, or cheat someway. So to this day we haven’t tried to play the game again.

Everyone knows that the best stories are made when you’re either a young kid, or a drunken adult. Sometimes it’s even hard to tell the difference between a drunken story or a child’s story. Slacker and Steve are going to guess whether certain stories happened to a drunk person or a kid.
Slacker says he used to be good at guessing but has gone downhill since then. He thinks he reads the details well on the story enough to assume whether they were drunk of a kid. He says in order to guess it right you have pay attention to whether a kid is capable of doing the same things as a drunk adult.
Steve thinks Slacker always cheats with Lil’D. He says he always sees them doing hand gestures and making faces which he thinks helps Slacker guess correctly.
Tell us your story and we’ll guess whether it was when you were drunk or a kid!

Today’s OPP is from Lauren,
Yi Slacker and Steve,
I had the worst experience at my first wedding dress fitting, I realized I didn’t want to get married. I was super excited when I started putting it on and getting zipped up, but as soon as I saw myself in the mirror I began to dread the thought of being with the same guy for the rest of my life. My fiancé is really an amazing person, but I don’t want to pretend that I’d be happy married. I’m actually thinking of asking him if we can just be together, but not be married. How can I propose this to him without him wanting to break it off?
Slacker thinks it’s weird that most girls get happy when they look at themselves in their wedding dress, and picture their future, while Lauren dread that thought. He thinks it’s just cold feet if she truly loves her fiancé and doesn’t want to see him with anyone else. He remembers brushing off an idea of cold feet at his first wedding, but he thinks it’s a strange moment to have while trying on the dress.
Steve thinks she’s making a big deal out of something that just sounds like cold feet before the wedding. He thinks putting the dress on makes the moment become more real for women and that might be what scares her about it.
How should she tell her husband she doesn’t want to have the wedding? Or is it just cold feet?
I think it sounds like cold feet where she’s just scared of the future. I think if she goes through with the wedding, she’ll be happy she did but, she has to overcome the fear of being with him for the rest of her life first.

Nathan likes to keep sentiments and mementos from special moments in his life such as movie tickets, love letters, report cards, etc. Amy, his wife, thinks that he’s basically hoarding the stuff and it’s getting out of hand. She wants him to get rid of the stuff or stop hoarding, he doesn’t see anything wrong with wanting to keep things from special moments.
Slacker wonders why, if Steve can’t wait to throw away papers and purge other stuff why does he hold on to those old sentiments. He says that he doesn’t even save his own kid’s drawings and crafts they make. He thinks if you have the memory you don’t need the memento.
Steve says he does the same thing and saves his old tickets stubs, carnival prizes from old girlfriends, etc. He doesn’t think there’s anything wrong with keep old knick knacks to help remember special moments. He tries to keep just the mile stone mementos and not the unimportant mementos like a random receipt.
Do you think he should get rid of the mementos and stop hoarding them or do you think it’s completely acceptable?
I myself save a lot of my mementos such as tickets stubs, sticky notes, cards, etc. But I only keep one small box of that stuff and clear it out now and then. I think it’s fine if Nathan keeps certain mementos like his first date ticket, and his children’s drawings, but I don’t think he should save random unimportant things that don’t have much sentimental meaning.
A half-naked woman had to be rescued by firefighters from the bottom of a well after falling in while having sex near a Spanish park. The 21-year-old was making love with her partner when the cover of the waterwheel well shaft came loose, sending her plummeting 15m into the water below. But rather than trying to rescue his girlfriend, the man pulled up his trousers in a panic and fled the scene. The woman, who was suffering from shock and hypothermia, was pulled from the water by firefighters and taken to hospital. The woman was discharged from the hospital the next day.
Let's be honest, sometimes the mood hits you in some pretty strange places. Where was your most hillbilly hookup?

Stacey Grant was recently robbed by one of her Facebook friends while she was on Spring Break in Vegas. Michael Batson saw her Facebook updates and broke into her Fontana, California home with two friends. Grant tells NBC: "It was hurtful. My whole room was trashed, there were clothes everywhere. My bed was gone." Police caught the burglars stealing several flat-screen televisions and furniture.
Yi! My ex and I finalized our divorce about two months ago and it was a pretty nasty process. We haven’t spoken and don’t plan to, but our mom’s still meet each other every Friday for lunch. They became really great friends while we were married and don’t care that we’re divorced. The problem is that my mom will call and tell me everything going on in my ex’s life and I couldn’t care less. Her stories only get my angry and I’ve asked her to stop telling me, but she doesn’t listen. It’s gotten to the point where I’m thinking of asking my mom to stop seeing my ex’s mom or that she just shouldn’t call me anymore because I don’t want to hear her stories anymore. I know it sounds harsh to tell my mom to stop talking to me, but it’s just where I’m at right now.
What should Aubrey do to stop her mom from constantly bringing up her ex?
A 22-year-old British woman says she suffers from such a severe phobia that she can't walk into a supermarket without having a panic attack. The cause of these attacks? Cheese. Melissa North says she developed her cheese phobia as a young child when a friend gave her cheese on toast. Since then, she bursts into tears and cold sweats whenever she sees it. She says, "It just looks awful – so gooey and disgusting. It makes me feel sick." The height of her cheese phobia came when she was 15. She says the kids at school knew about it and teased her by throwing cream cheese at her. North says her friends and family still mock her phobia, but she insists it's a serious problem.
Slacker accidentally saw a picture of Lil D's wife on his phone. Talk about awkward.
Slacker says there should be an eye watch station everywhere just in case this happens. Lil D handed the phone to Slacker and he swiped right and it was a picture of his daughter. He swiped to left three times and bam! There was the picture of Lil D’s wife, showing a lot of skin.
Steve was confused at first and wants to see the picture!
Lil’ D said it was a scandalous picture of his wife. It was the kind of photo that says “I hope you get home soon.” Lil D said he definitely deleted it.
Have you seen something you weren’t supposed to?
I found my mom’s toys when I was really young and I will never get the image out of my head because it is burned into my brain.
Slacker's birthday was last week and his wife planned a surprise party for him. But, the surprise was ruined!
Slacker says he’s unsurpriseable. He planned a surprise party for her. He picked up after himself at home and was leaning the hard wood floors, only when he
He got a text from his friend a couple weeks ago about wine and wants to meet up and he never wants to meet up. So that’s what indicated he is coming to town for Slacker’s birthday. A bunch of people texted him and asked if he had big plans about his big day and they never text him. He said Steve also gave it away because he knew he was lying the moment he started talking about getting drinks when Slacker is always the one to make plans. And to make it better, Slacker has an app on his phone that shows the cameras at his house. He checked the camera and saw 10 kids running around his backyard and he knew then that his wife definitely planned a party. So he ruined it.
Steve is laughing the whole time. He admits to giving the party away.
Have you ever ruined a surprise?
I called my mom yesterday to tell her my step sister is pregnant instead of letting her tell my mom and step dad. Oops.
Yi! In the past two years I have had a lot of life changes my parents got divorced (it was not pretty) changed jobs, fell in love, lost loved ones... it has been years of extreme highs and extreme lows. In the past year especially I have started to research my heritage especially that of my Celtic and Nordic ancestary. After a lot of soul searching I have become pagan and started following this path, I am completely happy and for once at peace with my life, my girlfriend is pagan as well. My problem is how would I breech this subject with my traditional Christian family, though they are not judgmental they are far from open minded and I am in a real jam because I want to be outspoken everyone from coworkers to friends know already and I want to tell my family so much but I don't know how to breech the subject and I don't want to lose my family in any way.
Slacker says it is hard to tell your parents something when they are religious. His family is Catholic and he thinks his family would be mad. He doesn’t think they will disown him. He thinks Lee just doesn’t want to add to the ever growing problems in the past years. Slacker would test the waters first and tell the family he is thinking about converting.
Steve says at a certain age you would think he can tell them anything. He doesn’t understand because he lost his parents at a young age.He thinks Lee should just do it like a band-aid and just tell them.
How should Lee tell his family about his new beliefs?
Robin came on air with us to give us an update about confronting her husband and mother sleeping together after finding text messages. She ended up confronting them at her grandmother’s birthday party and it turns out her cousin Daisy is sleeping with her husband too. The confrontation got ugly and it led to an all out brawl of the entire family.
Slacker was astonished at first when Robin was telling about the brawl with the family, but then he questions her story because it is so unbelievable. He is right on the line of none of this is true and the best story he has ever heard. He says she is really good at telling the story and either she is a great liar or this really happened and is white trash news trash.
Steve says she sounds believable. He thinks she is telling the truth and it is so real, especially after Robin said she will show them the police report from the party.
Do you think she is telling the truth? Have you ever gotten into an all out brawl?
I think this lady is full of crap. It seems way to Jerry Springer and she should’ve gone on there to confront them. It would have been way more entertaining. It is too outrageous for it to be real unless your family is that trashy… which would be sad.
