Anne Arundel County police said they arrested a woman after she stabbed her sister in a fight. Officers were called to the 7100 block of Somerton Court in Hanover for reports of a stabbing around 11:15 p.m. Monday. A 22-year-old woman told police she was arguing with her sister over the shared use of a car, when the argument escalated and her sister, the suspect, armed herself with a knife and stabbed her. The suspect fled the home and was found on Arundel Mills Boulevard by responding officers and was arrested. The victim suffered a non-life-threatening stab wound and was taken to Baltimore-Washington Medical Center. Police said Veronica Christina Victoriano, 23, was charged with first- and second-degree assault and reckless endangerment.
