I read this article a few days ago and it's insane!! A woman in Florida was having surgery on her face to remove cysts when her face burst into flames. I don't know how this is even possible, but apparently 550-650 surgical fires happen every year. I guess, according to the article, heat from tools like lasers help the fire break out. WHAT?!
I'm terrified of surgery. I've never gone under the knife for anything and I really don't even want to get my wisdom teeth taken out. Anesthesia is way too scary to me, especially since I know that it's such a fine line to give too little or too much. I don't like the idea of eing put to sleep. I'd like to be in control of my own body, thanks. Another thing that kind of freaks me out is how people act right when they get off of anesthesia. I hope I never have to get surgery! No scary surgery stories for me!!
