Slacker and Steve have had a theory about women for years… they say PMS is fake and women use it as an excuse. Now science is proving them right!!!
A new study claims that PMS in women may not be the cause of women's bad moods at certain times of the month. According to Canadian researchers, symptoms (like, irritability) are sometimes blamed on a woman's period when other factors such as stress or a lack of support may be to blame. They determined that the biggest problem is how people tend to blame everything on PMS, without considering the other reasons why women may be angry or upset. The researchers looked at more than 40 studies relating to PMS as part of their study. 36% of the studies found no association between mood and the menstrual cycle, which means that hormonal changes related to the menstrual cycle aren't always to blame.
