OPP: Medication Relations
Today’s OPP came from James:
Yi guys! My friends are encouraging me to confess something to my wife that I'd rather keep to myself, but I'd like to hear from you and your listeners on the subject before I decide what to do. My wife is on a new medication that has an interesting side effect. She sleep canoodles with me and I'm loving it. It's been going on for the past few months, almost nightly, and she seems to have no memory of it the next day. I had a couple of beers with the guys last weekend and made the mistake of telling them about it and they think I'm taking advantage of her by not telling her what's going on. How am I taking advantage of her when she's the one pouncing on me every night?
Wow! First off, get this girl some new medication because that is so not cool! To not remember any night…ever…so wrong...Second, I’m glad James’ friend’s told him he should confess to his wife because I agree. How could he not have any guilt about this? I’m not going to go as far as to call this rape, but he kept this going for months without telling his wife he’s been having relations with her practically every night. At some point, it just gets wrong. Am I wrong in thinking this?
What do you think? Do you have any advice for James?
