Yi! I oversee a group of employees for a major company and I’ve noticed that the work of one of my employees has gotten way better in the past month. But when I asked him what he attributed the change to, in confidence, he told me it’s because he’s been getting high before work. Our company has a strict zero-tolerance policy when it comes to drug use but this guy has become so efficient that it would kill me to lose him and his great, stoned work! What should I do?
