Dividing everything after a divorce is pretty customary, but this woman is going to keep sharing something with her ex…the house!
This last year has been hard on the both of them. They have 2 children 9 and 5 years old. She moved out with the kids and they share custody. Jenna's been having a rough time making ends meet on her own. She wants to move back in the house upstairs and the husband would live on the main level. She’s very nervous about whether this would work. Jenna thinks it would be good for the kids to see dad all the time, but rough on them if mom and dad start dating other people.
Slacker wants to ensure this relationship is over. That it would be a financial issue and nothing else. The first thing Slacker would do if he was recently divorced would be sleeping around and on the hunt…It is a genuine concern.
Steve has heard that people in this situation aren’t allowed to bring other people in for relationships. It is too confusing for the kids.
The guys think she needs a hug…
Is this a good idea or a bad idea?
Bad idea… The kids will suffer more mentally than they would physically without a steady income. Find another tangible, less harmful solution. Too much too explain this early in the game…
