Neil Armstrong -- the first man to walk on the moon, and the most famous astronaut in history-- died over the weekend at age 82.
A few weeks ago Armstrong went in for heart surgery. Apparently, he died from complications from the operation.
Armstrong led the Apollo 11 team that reached the moon on July 20, 1969, and said the famous line: "one giant leap for mankind." He walked around on the moon for about two hours with astronaut Edwin "Buzz" Aldrin
