Poo Found in Cilantro

U.S. Food and Drug Administrations are banning imports of cilantro from Puebla, Mexico after finding human feces and toilet paper.  They had outbreaks linked to the same state in Mexico in 2013 and 2014 of stomach illness. They had discovered feces and toilet paper in the fields and no running water or toilet facilities. The FDA found this to be a major “import alert” issued Monday. Banning will continue unless the company can prove health authorities that the product and facilities are clean and safe. For more click HERE

Fla. family finds $1M of sunken Spanish treasure!

For a few weeks, the Schmitt family and 1715 Fleet-Queens Jewels LLC had a million-dollar secret on their hands. Last month, they recovered $1 million worth of sunken Spanish coins and jewels off the Florida coast.

“The treasure was actually found a month ago,” said Brent Brisben of 1715 Fleet-Queens Jewels LLC. Keeping the news under wraps was “particularly hard for the family that found it. They’ve been beside themselves.”

Recovered:

• 51 gold coins

• 40 feet of ornate gold chain

• A single coin called a Royal made for the king of Spain, Phillip V, a news release states. Only a few are known to exist, and the coin — nicknamed “Tricentennial Royal” — is dated 1715. Brisben said the extremely rare silver-dollar-sized coin is worth “probably around half a million dollars itself.”

Did Taylor Swift diss Katy Perry?

Taylor Swift may have planned an onstage "shark attack" against Katy Perry.

The 25-year-old songstress belted out her hit track "Bad Blood" during her "1989" stop in Foxborough, Mass., over the weekend and somehow a shark dancer popped up behind a screen.

Swift quickly laughed off the cameo appearance and continued singing the song, which is rumored to be written about her dissolved friendship with Perry.

Rob Schneider Burglarized $175K Willie Mays Baseball Card Stolen!

Rob Schneider's home was burglarized Friday night and uber-expensive jewelry was taken, but nothing as expensive as an ultra-rare baseball card.

The "Deuce Bigalow" star was at the Comedy Film Festival in Montreal, and his wife and kid were out to dinner in L.A. when the thieves broke into their Encino home. They made off with his wife's diamond engagement ring, a Cartier watch and other expensive items.

But the biggest ticket item ... a mint condition 1951 Bowman Willie Mays rookie card ... valued at $175,000.

Rob famously collects old baseball cards, especially from the '50s and '60s. The thieves also made off with a 1953 Willie Mays Topps and a 1971 as well.  The Willie Mays cards were separate from Rob's main card collection, which the thieves didn't find.

One source familiar with the investigation tells TMZ ... the Willie Mays card is so rare, it will be difficult or impossible to fence it.

Boy Scouts lift ban on gay leaders.

The Boy Scouts of America on Monday ended its ban on openly gay adult leaders.

But the new policy allows church-sponsored units to choose local unit leaders who share their precepts, even if that means restricting such positions to heterosexual men.

Despite this compromise, the Mormon Church said it might leave the organization anyway. Its stance surprised many and raised questions about whether other conservative sponsors, including the Roman Catholic Church, might follow suit.
