Reports are that Lindsay did not hit that woman in the face, she fell on her fist!
Lindsay was arrested on a misdemeanor assault charge and is due in court for the case on Jan. 7. She also is due to be arraigned in California on Dec. 12 on charges of lying to police after she crashed her Porsche.
Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, called Mitchell a “lying phony” who fabricated the assault for — what else — publicity.
