Yi Slacker & Steve,
I have been friends with Sara forever, but lately I have started to realize that our friendship is not good for me. Every time we get together she needs something. She doesn't come out and ask for things, but she just complains until I offer to help. She will complain about a parking ticket that she can't afford or tell me how she isn't going to be able to keep her phone turned on much longer. Don't get me wrong, we still have fun and laugh constantly and she is sort of my only real friend but I am starting to feel used. Here's where it gets weirder, every time I start to pull away from her she will suddenly come down with a huge illness and I will get sucked back in. She even checked herself into the hospital last month after I didn't return her texts for a couple of days. I don't know what to do. I love her but I think I need to get away from her. What should I do?
Slacker says he can't just walk away from a friendship like that, especially if they were really sick. He has had friends that were like Sara. It takes some perspective and it takes getting away from the friend for a little bit to see their true colors.
Steve says he would e able to walk away in a heart eat, especially if the sickness was fake. He said the sickness thing would push him away even further and he would flat out ask about the sickness. Steve used to do it to Slacker about the money thing and Slacker offered money to him, but his intentions weren't to get money out of him, it was to vent.He thinks she should just be open with Sara and communicate how she is feeling.
If you've ever worked in the fast food industry, we believe you have seen some weird stuff! Naked people, drunken people, people wearing plastic bags on their heads, people having relations in the car? So random.
Slacker would work in a drive-thru just to get a discount. His first job was a gardener at a hotel, and he has seen his fair share of weird stuff. His favorite story in the news is about a couple who came in the drive-thru with a giant cake in between them and stopped for a burger. That's disgusting.
Steve got fired from working at a fast food restaurant, but never worked the drive-thru. He is too afraid to work the drive-thru after hearing these stories of horrors.
What is the weirdest thing you have seen in a drive-thru?
I was the weird person in the drive-thru. My friends and I ordered in British accents and slang, but clearly weren't convincing. But we definitely entertained the person.
A homeowner in Florida received a letter from the home owners association asking her to remove her pink breast cancer form her entryway. After defeating breast cancer 16 years ago she refuses to remove and the ribbon and says her neighbors support it as much as she does. She even researched it and found that she isn't violating any laws.
Slacker likes the HOA to a point because they can prevent certain decorations from being place on houses or in lawns such as car parts and unicorn paintings on garages. He thinks the HOA picks and chooses who they want to send a letter to depending on how quickly they send the letters. He got busted for setting his trash cans on the curb while he was cleaning his garage because it wasn't trash day.
Steve doesn't think she should be allowed to hang the ribbon because that shows she's affiliated with it. He says he got a letter from the HOA right when he moved into his house because of a dead tree in his front yard.

Today's OPP is from Kaitlyn
Hello! My name is Kaitlyn and I have a problem that I could really use an outside opinion on. Me and my boyfriend have been together for about a year and a half. He has two kids from a previous marriage that I instantly fell in love with. 4 months after we had been together we found out I was pregnant so I moved in with him and everything was perfect for awhile! Medical roadblocks caused me to have an extremely high risk pregnancy and I had to quit my job and be on bed rest. Now my son is 6 months old and I care for all three of the kids all day... Everyday. His ex wife never helps us out she hasn't come to see them, hasn't taken them on the weekends, hasn't sent a penny. His job isn't cutting it with three kids and no support but he doesn't want to file for child support because he 'promised' his ex wife he never would and he 'doesn't want to start anything'. We have bills piling up, we can barely feed the kids, we are so far behind on rent we are on the edge of eviction, we get disconnection notices every month from the energy company, and quite frankly I'm exhausted. I bend over backwards to keep it all together I even take his kids to a church I don't even follow! Now I am job hunting so we can make ends meet every month but I don't want to be financially responsible for his children if he refuses to make his ex wife do anything. Is it unfair to ask that he pays for his kids childcare, food, clothing, and 50% of our child's needs then we can split the household costs 50/50? I love him and I want to be with him but he has a wishbone where his back bone needs to be.
I hope you guys can help. If anyone can it's you two!
Slacker thinks her boyfriend is the only one that can get the ex to help pay for some things. He thinks both the ex and the boyfriend are taking advantage of her. If the boyfriend wanted to support his family he would get a higher paying job and make a bigger effort. He says he understands that their child is a large reason she stays in the relationship but other than that she is just getting taken advantage of
Steve doesn't think it's fair that she has to do all the work to support the family. He doesn't think that it the relationship is worth it. He thinks she should get out of the relationship before she gets invested any further. He doesn't think she is benefiting what so ever and it would be worth it in the long run to end the relationship before she loses more money.
Some teenagers in Nebraska were posing for prom pictures on a bridge when the bridge they were standing on collapsed beneath them causing them to fall into a 4ft deep creek. The bridge was too weak to support all 22 teenagers which caused the collapse but luckily no one was hurt but the dresses were most likely ruined. Some other teenagers in Texas were busted for having alcohol on their party bus so they had to spend the night at the fire station. The bus driver and chaperone were arrested for supplying alcohol to minors.
Slacker thinks prom is the one time teenagers are a loud to be adults. He says he didn't want to dance, or dress up what so ever. He thinks teenagers will always have alcohol at prom so why do people act like they're not going to. If you are going to let your child use your credit card and go to a dance then why would you expect them not to drink?
Steve thinks Slacker doesn't like prom since he didn't have a date. He says he didn't like going to prom for the dress up reasons. He thinks prom is a waste of money because of how much you invest in dinner, tuxes, limos, and flowers.
What is your crazy prom story?
This year is actually going to be my first prom and I am somewhat dreading it. I'm like Slacker and don't like dancing/grinding and think the night is somewhat of a pointless excuse to act like an adult. I like dressing up and going to dinner with friends but I think the actual dance is just pointless
Tattoo regrets have become a big deal recently in the news. A babysitter in Virginia gave the girls he was watching permanent tattoos. The parents then tried to remove them with a hot razor blade. Both the girls were under the age of 13! The babysitter and the parents were arrested for child abuse. TLC recently started a show looking for the worst tattoos in America since 50% of people regret getting tattoos.
Slacker thinks the parents must have had bad judgment with the babysitter. He says when he was 20 he wanted to get a Marvin the Martian tattooed on his arm. He has always liked Chinese symbols and wanted one tattooed on the back of his head. He thinks it's weird Lil' D has his last name tattooed on his chest.
Steve wouldn't trust a Chinese symbol because he thinks the tattoo artist wouldn't put the correct symbol and give him an embarrassing one. He says he wanted to get the UPC symbol on the back on his neck but now everyone has that one.
There are lots of bridezilla stories in the news lately. One bride tackled one of her bridesmaids while they were mid flight on an airplane. Needless to say the bridesmaid did not continue on the flight to the wedding. Research says most brides will lose a friend while gaining a husband due to jealousy and conflict during wedding planning. 32% of marry woman said they are no longer friends with at least one of their former brides maids.
Slacker thinks all brides have a cycle to make bridesmaids wear the ugliest dress and pay hundreds of dollars to make the shoes the same color. He thinks if bridesmaids dislike wearing the ugly bridesmaid's dresses then why don't they quick the cycle when they get married and give the bridesmaids nicer looking dresses. He thinks it's the brides fault for putting so much effort into one day.
Steve thinks it's crazy how the brides force their bridesmaid's to wear such ugly outfits even though they hate it when they were in their shoes. He thinks it's almost selfish of brides to imply such specific details on something that only lasts one day. If they don't want to wear the ugly dress why do they make their bridesmaids?
Yi, My husband wants to get a pet snake, but I don't want it in the house. We have two young children and I feel that it could be dangerous to have around. He has assured me that it will be fine, but I still have my doubts. I mean...what if it bites one of the kids? Please, I don't like that type of animal. He keeps shrugging off my concerns and I'm sort of worried that he'll buy it without my permission.
Slacker thinks this OPP is not as bad as arguing whether to get a Pit Bull. He thinks snake people think that snakes are affectionate towards their owners. He thinks that what starts out as one snake will turn into numerous critters. He thinks the husband somewhat has the right to own the pet he wants.
Steve thinks in order for an animal to be a pet it has to be affectionate towards the owner. He thinks snakes are boring and aren't worth having as pets. He wonders if the husband has always wanted reptiles or if this is just a random request. He doesn't think a snake is a valid pet.
Should she tell him he can't get the snake or give it a chance?
I think she should give it a chance. I never wanted rats when I was a little girl but my brother but one who had babies and I loved them. I always believe you can't trash it till you try it so I think she should give it a chance.
Parker and Samantha are a married couple who recently visit Parker's parents. While they were there Samantha realized Parker's dad drove home drunk numerous times. She thinks they need to either get him help or send him to jail for drinking and driving. Parker thinks he's fine and doesn't want to ruin his dad's life because he drives after having a beer.
Slacker would like to know just how drunk the dad was since they both obviously have different bias. He thinks Parker doesn't want to betray his dad an d turn him in but if it was to save a life it might be worth it. He doesn't think it matters if nothing's happened in the past while the dad was driving drunk because it could still happen and then everyone would regret not getting him help
Steve wants the dad to be safe and other citizens to be safe but he thinks if he's done it for this long the dad may not be that drunk. He thinks it may be wrong to turn the dad into the police but he thinks Parker may be able to talk to his dad and try to get him to stop driving drunk before someone gets hurt.
Is Samantha over reacting or is Parker denying the fact that his father needs help?
I strongly dislike people who drive while drunk because they are willingly putting other people's lives at risk. I don't think they should go to the police but I think they should at least try to talk some sense into Parker's dad.
Rob Lowe tells New York magazine that he believes there's a ''prejudice'' against good-looking people. ''There's this unbelievable bias and prejudice against quote-unquote good-looking people, that they can't be in pain or they can't have rough lives or be deep or interesting. They can't be any of the things that you long to play as an actor. I'm getting to play those parts now and loving it. When I was a teen idol, I was so god**** pretty I wouldn't have taken myself seriously.''
Steve said he completely understands where Rob Lowe is coming from. He said not only do people discriminate against him for his good looks, but whenever he goes out with a woman, other people automatically hate her too. No matter what, women automatically hate any other woman that is more beautiful than them. Steve says that pretty people bust their butts to get somewhere in life just like everyone else, but everyone thinks everything was just handed to them on a silver platter.
Slacker feels bad for Steve and Rob Lowe. He thinks we need to create some sort of support group to make life easier for pretty people. Slacker says that people are always jealous and judge him for his musical talents.
Do you agree with Rob Lowe? What qualities or attributes do you have that people are jealous of?
A college professor in Grand Rapids, MI has a rule: If your cell phone rings in class you MUST answer it, and it HAS TO BE on speaker-phone. One of his students got a call during class. When she answered it was a clinic informing her that her pregnancy results turned out to be positive. The professor turned beat red and tried to get her to stop the speaker phone session. After she got off the phone, the professor publicly apologized. The student responded with, "its ok I've been expecting this and I already know what I'm going to name the baby. The first name will be April and the middle name will be Fools". The class cracked up as the professor got the joke.
A South Carolina woman was arrested after texting her daughter shots were fired at the college she works for. The woman texted her daughter as an April Fool's day prank, claiming she was hiding in a bathroom. The daughter heard nothing else from her mother so she called 911 who ended up surrounding the school. The daughter finally heard back from her mother but cops were already in position to protect the school. The mother faces charges of breaching the peace and disturbing a school.
Slacker even pranked Steve. He used an app to make it look like someone had scratched his precious car. Steve lost it and couldn't believe that someone would want to damage his precious car.
Yi! My mom and I have always been really close but we still didn't tell each other everything. We went to lunch together and it was like she didn't have anyone else to talk to and told me everything about her and my dad. She told me about fights they have about a woman he works with, problems with money, and even that they haven't had relations in about 6 months. I'm only 17, so I still live at home and it's really hard to look at my dad after everything she told me. I like being close with my mom but I feel like there is still some stuff I don't need to know. How do I tell her that?
Slacker thinks that if he were older and one of his parents told him something about the other parent, it would be better. He thinks that 17 is too young to confide these kind of things in your daughter. No kid wants to ever hear about their parent's relations life.
Steve also thinks Morgan's mom crossed a line. He said it is fine to be intimate with your daughter and be her BFF, but you can't rip on dad to accomplish that. Steve thinks there is a chance that Morgan's mom is trying to use Morgan as a middle man to communicate with her husband.
How does Morgan tell her mom that there are some things she doesn't need know?
An elderly man made a trip with his daughter to a Utah restaurant he dined and dashed from... 70 years ago. His daughter went inside and gave the restaurant $5 after explaining what her father did when he was 10-years-old. The incident happened in 1941 when the man went to eat at the restaurant with a friend. After he realized they couldn't pay for the meal which cost $1 they left without paying. The current owner of the restaurant forgave the man and said he is welcome to dine as long as he doesn't dash again.
Steve thinks that everyone has dined and dashed at some point in their life, and was astonished to find that Slacker and Lil D have never done it. Steve isn't sorry he's done it because he thinks it's a rite of passage for every teenager. Slacker said he knows that Steve has used the mailing labels you get from charities without sending them money--he should be sorry for that.
Slacker said he found a book on his bookshelf that came from the Longmont, CO library from when he was growing up. Someone in his family stole the book from the library and Slacker stole the book from them. He has no idea how long he's had the book for, but the last person that checked it out is probably on the hook for thousands of dollars in late fees.
What's the worst thing you've done in life that you're sorry for?
Steve was eating out at a restaurant and saw a server assault her customers and said they deserved it! A confrontation broke out after the server chased down the customers for leaving her two pennies for a tip. Talk about cheap!
Slacker makes fun of Steve for bringing a girl to this restaurant where a couple spends $19.98. He said Steve is very classy. He explains that a server in Mexico chased him out of the bar there. He stopped in this bar and had a couple Coronas. The server claimed that they didn't have coronas or chips to eat with salsa. At this point Slacker was very mad and didn't leave the guy a tip. So the server came out of the restaurant and stopped Slacker from getting on his scooter he rented. He doesn't remember if he gave the guy money or not.
Steve said a bunch of people from the restaurant went out to see the confrontation and said the server threw the pennies at the couple leaving! They ended up not seeing the server the rest of the night.
Have you ever had a confrontation with a server?
I am a server and I am ALWAYS respectful and kind to my tables, even if they're rude. The only time I ever said anything is when a guy grabbed me inappropriately and I screamed at him. He was thrown out of the restaurant. It was actually very entertaining.
There's a new game out called Space Team where you get to yell through your phone at your opponent. You yell so called "techno babble" at your opponent until their ship crashes or explodes. Everyone has gotten into an argument while playing a board game. Whether it's a friendly board game with friends or an intense competition with family you've probably gotten in an argument during a game.
Slacker says there hasn't been a game he's played where an argument hasn't started. He thinks lots of the board game companies wanted families to start playing games together again. He says he has plenty of fond memories playing those games but the bulk of the memories end in chaos and fighting. He says playing Battleship got very violent when he played and he even had one of the pegs rammed into his leg
Steve thinks Slacker deserves all the chaos he had while playing games because he thinks he cheats on almost every game he plays. He used to hate it when people would bump the table while he was playing Jenga and it would all fall down.
What's the worst experience you've had while playing a game with friends or family?
I used to play monopoly with my dad, brothers, and cousins, all the time when I was younger. To this day we have not completed a game because my dad had a way of bringing every one of us to tears during the game. We were young so he would laugh if we'd lose a property, or cheat someway. So to this day we haven't tried to play the game again.

Everyone knows that the best stories are made when you're either a young kid, or a drunken adult. Sometimes it's even hard to tell the difference between a drunken story or a child's story. Slacker and Steve are going to guess whether certain stories happened to a drunk person or a kid.
Slacker says he used to be good at guessing but has gone downhill since then. He thinks he reads the details well on the story enough to assume whether they were drunk of a kid. He says in order to guess it right you have pay attention to whether a kid is capable of doing the same things as a drunk adult.
Steve thinks Slacker always cheats with Lil'D. He says he always sees them doing hand gestures and making faces which he thinks helps Slacker guess correctly.
Tell us your story and we'll guess whether it was when you were drunk or a kid!

Today's OPP is from Lauren,
Yi Slacker and Steve,
I had the worst experience at my first wedding dress fitting, I realized I didn't want to get married. I was super excited when I started putting it on and getting zipped up, but as soon as I saw myself in the mirror I began to dread the thought of being with the same guy for the rest of my life. My fiancé is really an amazing person, but I don't want to pretend that I'd be happy married. I'm actually thinking of asking him if we can just be together, but not be married. How can I propose this to him without him wanting to break it off?
Slacker thinks it's weird that most girls get happy when they look at themselves in their wedding dress, and picture their future, while Lauren dread that thought. He thinks it's just cold feet if she truly loves her fiancé and doesn't want to see him with anyone else. He remembers brushing off an idea of cold feet at his first wedding, but he thinks it's a strange moment to have while trying on the dress.
Steve thinks she's making a big deal out of something that just sounds like cold feet before the wedding. He thinks putting the dress on makes the moment become more real for women and that might be what scares her about it.
How should she tell her husband she doesn't want to have the wedding? Or is it just cold feet?
I think it sounds like cold feet where she's just scared of the future. I think if she goes through with the wedding, she'll be happy she did but, she has to overcome the fear of being with him for the rest of her life first.

Nathan likes to keep sentiments and mementos from special moments in his life such as movie tickets, love letters, report cards, etc. Amy, his wife, thinks that he's basically hoarding the stuff and it's getting out of hand. She wants him to get rid of the stuff or stop hoarding, he doesn't see anything wrong with wanting to keep things from special moments.
Slacker wonders why, if Steve can't wait to throw away papers and purge other stuff why does he hold on to those old sentiments. He says that he doesn't even save his own kid's drawings and crafts they make. He thinks if you have the memory you don't need the memento.
Steve says he does the same thing and saves his old tickets stubs, carnival prizes from old girlfriends, etc. He doesn't think there's anything wrong with keep old knick knacks to help remember special moments. He tries to keep just the mile stone mementos and not the unimportant mementos like a random receipt.
Do you think he should get rid of the mementos and stop hoarding them or do you think it's completely acceptable?
I myself save a lot of my mementos such as tickets stubs, sticky notes, cards, etc. But I only keep one small box of that stuff and clear it out now and then. I think it's fine if Nathan keeps certain mementos like his first date ticket, and his children's drawings, but I don't think he should save random unimportant things that don't have much sentimental meaning.
A half-naked woman had to be rescued by firefighters from the bottom of a well after falling in while having sex near a Spanish park. The 21-year-old was making love with her partner when the cover of the waterwheel well shaft came loose, sending her plummeting 15m into the water below. But rather than trying to rescue his girlfriend, the man pulled up his trousers in a panic and fled the scene. The woman, who was suffering from shock and hypothermia, was pulled from the water by firefighters and taken to hospital. The woman was discharged from the hospital the next day.
Let's be honest, sometimes the mood hits you in some pretty strange places. Where was your most hillbilly hookup?
Stacey Grant was recently robbed by one of her Facebook friends while she was on Spring Break in Vegas. Michael Batson saw her Facebook updates and broke into her Fontana, California home with two friends. Grant tells NBC: "It was hurtful. My whole room was trashed, there were clothes everywhere. My bed was gone." Police caught the burglars stealing several flat-screen televisions and furniture.
Yi! My ex and I finalized our divorce about two months ago and it was a pretty nasty process. We haven't spoken and don't plan to, but our mom's still meet each other every Friday for lunch. They became really great friends while we were married and don't care that we're divorced. The problem is that my mom will call and tell me everything going on in my ex's life and I couldn't care less. Her stories only get my angry and I've asked her to stop telling me, but she doesn't listen. It's gotten to the point where I'm thinking of asking my mom to stop seeing my ex's mom or that she just shouldn't call me anymore because I don't want to hear her stories anymore. I know it sounds harsh to tell my mom to stop talking to me, but it's just where I'm at right now.
What should Aubrey do to stop her mom from constantly bringing up her ex?
A 22-year-old British woman says she suffers from such a severe phobia that she can't walk into a supermarket without having a panic attack. The cause of these attacks? Cheese. Melissa North says she developed her cheese phobia as a young child when a friend gave her cheese on toast. Since then, she bursts into tears and cold sweats whenever she sees it. She says, "It just looks awful – so gooey and disgusting. It makes me feel sick." The height of her cheese phobia came when she was 15. She says the kids at school knew about it and teased her by throwing cream cheese at her. North says her friends and family still mock her phobia, but she insists it's a serious problem.
Slacker accidentally saw a picture of Lil D's wife on his phone. Talk about awkward.
Slacker says there should be an eye watch station everywhere just in case this happens. Lil D handed the phone to Slacker and he swiped right and it was a picture of his daughter. He swiped to left three times and bam! There was the picture of Lil D's wife, showing a lot of skin.
Steve was confused at first and wants to see the picture!
Lil' D said it was a scandalous picture of his wife. It was the kind of photo that says "I hope you get home soon." Lil D said he definitely deleted it.
Have you seen something you weren't supposed to?
I found my mom's toys when I was really young and I will never get the image out of my head because it is burned into my brain.
Slacker's birthday was last week and his wife planned a surprise party for him. But, the surprise was ruined!
Slacker says he's unsurpriseable. He planned a surprise party for her. He picked up after himself at home and was leaning the hard wood floors, only when he
He got a text from his friend a couple weeks ago about wine and wants to meet up and he never wants to meet up. So that's what indicated he is coming to town for Slacker's birthday. A bunch of people texted him and asked if he had big plans about his big day and they never text him. He said Steve also gave it away because he knew he was lying the moment he started talking about getting drinks when Slacker is always the one to make plans. And to make it better, Slacker has an app on his phone that shows the cameras at his house. He checked the camera and saw 10 kids running around his backyard and he knew then that his wife definitely planned a party. So he ruined it.
Steve is laughing the whole time. He admits to giving the party away.
Have you ever ruined a surprise?
I called my mom yesterday to tell her my step sister is pregnant instead of letting her tell my mom and step dad. Oops.
Yi! In the past two years I have had a lot of life changes my parents got divorced (it was not pretty) changed jobs, fell in love, lost loved ones... it has been years of extreme highs and extreme lows. In the past year especially I have started to research my heritage especially that of my Celtic and Nordic ancestary. After a lot of soul searching I have become pagan and started following this path, I am completely happy and for once at peace with my life, my girlfriend is pagan as well. My problem is how would I breech this subject with my traditional Christian family, though they are not judgmental they are far from open minded and I am in a real jam because I want to be outspoken everyone from coworkers to friends know already and I want to tell my family so much but I don't know how to breech the subject and I don't want to lose my family in any way.
Slacker says it is hard to tell your parents something when they are religious. His family is Catholic and he thinks his family would be mad. He doesn't think they will disown him. He thinks Lee just doesn't want to add to the ever growing problems in the past years. Slacker would test the waters first and tell the family he is thinking about converting.
Steve says at a certain age you would think he can tell them anything. He doesn't understand because he lost his parents at a young age.He thinks Lee should just do it like a band-aid and just tell them.
How should Lee tell his family about his new beliefs?
Robin came on air with us to give us an update about confronting her husband and mother sleeping together after finding text messages. She ended up confronting them at her grandmother's birthday party and it turns out her cousin Daisy is sleeping with her husband too. The confrontation got ugly and it led to an all out brawl of the entire family.
Slacker was astonished at first when Robin was telling about the brawl with the family, but then he questions her story because it is so unbelievable. He is right on the line of none of this is true and the best story he has ever heard. He says she is really good at telling the story and either she is a great liar or this really happened and is white trash news trash.
Steve says she sounds believable. He thinks she is telling the truth and it is so real, especially after Robin said she will show them the police report from the party.
Do you think she is telling the truth? Have you ever gotten into an all out brawl?
I think this lady is full of crap. It seems way to Jerry Springer and she should've gone on there to confront them. It would have been way more entertaining. It is too outrageous for it to be real unless your family is that trashy… which would be sad.
Jen, the girl that broke up her sister's wedding because she is in love with the groom came on the air to share an update with us. Trevor, the groom didn't show up to the wedding and he had disappeared. She got this email from him and she wanted to share it with us:
I wanted you to know that I'm okay. I've been staying with a buddy for a few days trying figure this all out. First, I want to say that I really understand how big of a leap it was for you to talk to me and I appreciate your honesty. I couldn't lie to myself, or to Amanda, and go through with the wedding because I have thought about that kiss too. What you said to me made me realize that I couldn't marry Amanda because it wouldn't be fair to her. She is an amazing woman and I couldn't marry her knowing that I was thinking about another woman, especially her sister. I know it will take some time but it will be better this way in the long run. I just didn't know how to tell her that on our wedding day and that's why I ran. I know it was cowardly, but it was the only thing that seemed logical that day.
Jen I also want you to know I ran because I couldn't be "that guy." I couldn't be the kind of man that leaves his bride at the altar to get with her sister. I need to take some time to figure all this out. I'm sorry.
