Yi!
Every parent worries about their children… but how worried is too worried? A woman’s mother in California spends her time sitting on street corners soliciting potential employers to take $500 and hire her 30-something daughter. A mother called the Peruvian government to search for her vacationing son who hadn’t posted on Facebook for a while and demanded photos to definitively proof that he was okay. How embarrassing!
Slacker’s father was notorious for digging for gold at extremely inappropriate times… usually as he was telling a story so he had everyone’s undivided attention. Awwkwaarrd.
How have you parents mortified you?
I don’t have any specific stories of parental embarrassment (at least none that I can think of at the moment) it’s just generally my mom (whom I love to death. Don’t forget that haha) is goofy and loud and… herself… in public, etc. It’s quite endearing actually, but I fly pretty low under the radar in my self-contained, shyness so it’s a little mortifying… for lack of a better word J
Stay classy!
