Who would have ever thought Madonna would be embarrassing?! Over the weekend Madonna, 53, stepped out for a night on the town to the Smirnoff Exchange dance project in New York at the Roseland Ballroom with her daughter, Lourdes, 15. However, Madonna seemed to be missing half her clothes, walking out in something suited for someone half her age. When they arrived at the ballroom, Madonna was on a mission to let her hair down and add her name to the list of an embarrassing parent. On the dance floor, she proceeded to gyrate with a younger man and Lourdes could only look helplessly and yell, “Act your age mum!”
Slacker’s parents are the exact opposite. He wishes they would act less their age half the time. His dad would go out and mow the lawn in a leisure suit and walk outside at night in his underwear with a gun to see if there was an intruder, but since it was so dark, no one ever saw the gun and just noticed the underwear.
I couldn’t agree more with Lourdes yelling. “Act your age mum,” She’s right! What child would want to see a parent dancing with someone half her age wearing something not suited for her own age? It’s actually kind of gross to me and although I get it the feeling of wanting to feel young and wild again…Really, in front of your daughter? No! I am thankful my parents haven’t been too embarrassing. The only thing truly embarrassing is when my dad would be working on a household project and he would bend over and my friends would see plumbers butt.
Do you know an embarrassing parent? Have you been the embarrassing one?
