My fiance and i stayed at one of these hotels not too long ago, after a long 12 hour shift for us both, we checked in for the night and began to unwind and started noticing the sheets were not changed---too tired for that, threw towels over the bed, then realized all the moths sitting on the ceiling, counted 6, in sight-- whatever, we had some beers so weren't bothered by it much. Then, in the morning we found dirty clothes and socks left under the 'office table' thing, in plain site. We foolishly left a note for management on the bed, the cleaning crew did not relay that note to them. Upon calling the general manager it took him 3 weeks to get back to me and told me he would give us 1/2 off the hotel for our next stay---I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, DRUNK OR NOT! played phone tag and argued with the manager for WEEKS, finally got corporate involved when things did not go my way, threatened to get the local News Station involved as they would love to do a story on dirty hotels, was reimbursed 100% within an hour of the email. :) the end BOYCOTT SHMAIR SHMIELD!
