Bryan was arrested Saturday morning for drunk driving, he was found passed out at the wheel of a a car that was parked with its engine running in the middle of a Wisconsin road.
Mr. Wendler’s DWI history, makes his t-shirt choice a strange one. But it makes for an awesome mug shot!!

Potholes are an inevitable side effect of Colorado winters. The city sponsors a "Pothole of the Month" contest from Oct. 1 through April 30 annually.
On a monthly basis, the city awards a $50 gift certificate to the resident who reports the largest pothole. All potholes are repaired within 24 hours or by the next working day following the report, weather permitting.
Call 303-326-8200 to enter the contest or send your name, phone number, address and the location of the pothole to Streets@auroragov.org. Entries will be posted based upon the date and time the e-mail is received. Winners will be notified by mail. You may enter as many times as you wish; however, the award is given to the first entry received reporting the largest pothole (see Contest Rules).
Pothole of the Month Contest Rules:
The pothole must be a true pothole (not a trench failure or uncovered cut).
Cracks alone aren't considered potholes (unless they're really wide).
Prizes are awarded to the first person to report the largest pothole (by volume). Calls are time-stamped by the operator; electronic entries are time-stamped when received by our server.
You may submit a pothole up until midnight on the last day of the month. Any entries submitted after that will be eligible for the next month's award.
You may only win once in any two-month period. If you are the first to report the largest pothole but you won the previous month, the award will go to the next person who reported the pothole. If no one else reported the pothole, the prize will go to the first person who reported the second largest pothole that month.
Winners will receive official notification by mail.
Bj is wondering why are people are wearing pajamas out in public? Bj saw a full on woman in pajamas and slippers doing her food shopping. Sean’s daughter wears this to school and he hates it… we all had trends like leg warmers, and peg legs.
New Year’s resolutions… Do you make them... are if you set one do you complete it? A stat says 60% of people who make resolutions go back on them in 2 days! Jamie’s Resolution is to do her back taxes.
Jamie tells us all about her Christmas trip to Vegas. She was going to meet up with a guy but some of her facebook posts may have scared him… He blew her off.
BJ had a guy stop at his home and offer to put brand new windows in his house and all he has to do is put a sign for the window company in his yard. Lisa thinks it is a scam and wants him to not get involved with this guy but Bj feels like it is a good deal… Callers say it’s a scam and do not do it!!
A paparazzo attempting to shoot photos of Justin Bieber's Ferrari was hit by another car and killed. Bieber was NOT behind the wheel of the Ferrari.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Bieber's white Ferrari was pulled over by California Highway Patrol for speeding.
According to reports a paparazzo -- who was following the Ferrari at the time of the pull over -- attempted to snap pics while officers conducted the traffic stop.
The photog then crossed Sepulveda to snap pics and was told twice by the CHP to go back to his car on the other side of the road. When the photog tried crossing back, he was struck by an oncoming vehicle as he crossed back and was killed.
