There is nothing better than two Canadian rockers getting engaged is there? Well, maybe a 14 carat diamond to go along with it! That's right, Mr. Kroeger shelled out the big bucks and surprised the soon to be Mrs. Kroeger with a whooping 14 carat diamond!
